中文摘要:研究中亚热带东部马尾松(Pinus massoniana)林和(Camellia sinensis)茶园土训微生物生物量。结果表明,马尾松林、茶园土壤微生物总生物量为茶园大于马尾松林(P<0.05)。群落内各类群生物量中,真菌与放线菌占 绝对优势。 微生物生物量随土层的 加深而减少,其总生物量与土壤垂直深度呈极显著负相关,反映了土壤不同深度生境条件对微生物分布的影响。
外文摘要:The soil microbial biomass of the Pinus massoniana forest and Camellia sinensis in the east Mid-Subtropical Zone, China, is studied. The results show that all kinds of microbial biomass in soil of the P. massoniana forest and C. sinensis are negatively related to the depth of the soil, and the biomass of fungi and actinomycetes is at the advantage . The total amount of soil microbial biomass of the C. sinensis is larger than that of the P. massoniana.
