中文摘要:以"全程育人"理念为导向,对公共体育教学改革进行探讨。在分析当前高校教学改革的基础上,提出递进式公共体育教学改革的三项措施,即打造"2+1+1"模块化教学、实施第二课堂教学和推进深度发展教学,这些措施构建出一种人数由多到少,技能由低到高,体现体育教学多样化的逐步提升、层层递进的教学模式,有助于逐步提高学生身体素质,鼓励学生向更高层次发展。

外文摘要:Oriented by the idea of "Whole-Process Education", this paper discusses the reform of public physical education. Depending on the analysis on reform of college physical education, measures of reform of progressive educational reform are presented, including building "2+1+1" teaching modules, conducting the second class and promoting the advanced teaching. These measures not only build a new teaching model which transferring the size of class from large to small and skill levels from low to high, also refecting the gradually improving of diversity of physical education teaching. The purpose is to enhance students' physical quality and encourage them to achieve the development in a higher level.
