中文摘要：光动力疗法相较外科手术切除、放射治疗、药物治疗等传统治疗方式具有微创性、低毒副作用、低耐药性等优势。目前,光动力疗法在临床应用上仍存在一些尚待解决的困难。通过对近年来国内外110余篇光动力疗法相关文献整理归类,主要分析了目前光动力疗法在癌症、表皮病变、感染领域的研究和相应的作用机制。通过对光动力疗法主要治疗领域的深入解读,将为光动力疗法的广泛临床应用提供理论依据和技术支持。

外文摘要：Compared with surgical resection,radiotherapy,drug therapy,and other conventional treatments,Photodynamic therapy(PDT)offers several advantages including minimal invasiveness,low toxicity and side effects,as well as low drug resistance.Despite these benefits,there are still some challenges that need to be addressed in the clinical application of PDT.This review aims to analyze the current research and corresponding mechanisms of PDT in various fields such as cancer,epidermal lesions,and infection by reviewing and classifying over 110 relevant articles from both domestic and international sources.By providing an in-depth interpretation of the primary therapeutic areas of PDT,this study aims to establish a theoretical basis and offer technical support for the widespread clinical application of this innovative therapy.
