中文摘要:为解决目前地铁深基坑质量安全管控中存在的数据采集和传递不及时、信息分析和利用不充分、安全知识共享和挖掘不足等问题,利用BIM技术的优势,建立了较为健全的BIM技术应用框架.根据事故树分析法得出基坑坍塌事故致因因素的重要度排序,结合BIM模型对这些质量控制要素进行了集成管理,利用BIM-5D技术实现了各参与方对基坑的质量安全交流与协作.重要度最高的“监测不及时”与“数据未处理”两个因素,可以利用基坑变形有限元分析与监测点可视化编程进行改善.实际工程应用表明,BIM技术在信息集成管理、监测点位优化与监测数据传递等方面具有良好的应用效果,可达到地铁深基坑施工全过程高效的质量安全管控目的.
外文摘要:In order to solve the problems existent in the quality and safety control of deep foundation pits in the subway,such as the non-timely data collection and transmission,insufficient information analysis and utilization and inadequate safety knowledge sharing and mining,the advantages of BIM technology were utilized to establish a BIM technology application framework in this paper.According to the accident tree analysis method,the importance ranking of the factors causing the foundation pit collapse accidents was obtained.Combined with the BIM model,these quality control factors were integratedly managed,and the BIM-5D technology was used to realize the communication and cooperation among all participants on the foundation pit quality safety.The two factors with the highest importance,i.e.“the non-timely monitoring”and“unprocessed data”,can be improved by using the finite element analysis of foundation pit deformation and visual programming of monitoring points.Practical engineering application shows that the BIM technology has a good application effect in terms of the information integration management,optimization of monitoring points and data transmission.Furthermore,the BIM technology can be applied in the whole process of deep foundation pit construction for the sake of the efficient and feasible quality and safety control.
