外文摘要：In the paper, through the research on the drug-loaded nanoparticles in recent years, the paper summarizes some preparation methods of drug loading nanoparticles, including solvent evaporation method, nano precipitation method, microemulsion method and so on, and at the same time, the paper explains and illustrates the application of nanoparticles, showing the value of nanoparticles loading drug and broad the use of space.
