中文摘要:提出一种锥齿轮高频颤振挤压的成形方式,并设计其成形工艺。通过Deform软件对成形过程进行数值模拟仿真,比较了颤振挤压与传统挤压的变形力、速度场及应力场。结果显示:冲头载荷与传统成形方式相比降低约50%,效果显著;应力状态更为均匀,成形件力学性能优异;齿轮最终成形效果好,齿形饱满。根据设备要求,设计高频颤振发生器,并设计出相应的挤压模具。
外文摘要:The cold extrusion forming with high-frequency vibration for bevel bear was put forward,and its technological measures were also designed.Numerical simulation was used to analysis the whole extrusion process,the forming press,velocity field and stress field to the conventional extrusion forming were compared with Deform.The result shows that the punch load is significantly reduced by 50%,and the stress field is more uniform,thus the mechanical property is better and the final shape is perfect.Finally the generator of high frequency and the extrusion die were designed according to the equipment requirements.
