中文摘要:推动学术成果转化成为大学共同追求。相较于传统型大学而言,创业型大学的学术成果转化,不只是人才培养与科学研究的自然延伸,而是变成了彰显组织特性的一项历史使命。教师是大学使命的履行者,学术成果转化自然成为创业型大学教师的历史使命。从战略路径出发,创业型大学引领教师实现学术成果转化,既要从整体上推进,让学校全体教师瞄准学术创业;也要有重点地推进,以此带动全校所有学科与所有教师的成果转化工作。同时,大学文科教授可以成为大众读物市场的主角、社会人文讲座的明星或者社会智库建设的嘉宾。
外文摘要:Promoting the transformation of academic achievements becomes a common pursuit of the university. Compared with the traditional university, the transformation of the academic achievements of entrepreneurial universities is not only a natural extension of talent training and scientific research, but also a historical mission to highlight the characteristics of the organization. The teacher is the performer of university missions, and the academic achievement transformation has naturally become the historical mission of entrepreneurial university teachers. From the strategic path, in promoting entrepreneurial university teachers to switch to academic entrepreneurship, we must advance it overall, thus leading all teachers inside entrepreneurial university to aim at academic entrepreneurship, and we must advance it from the key point, stimulating all disciplines and teachers" transformation of achievements. Simultaneously, liberal arts professors in universities are supposed to become the protagonist of the mass reading market as well as becoming stars of social humanities lecture and become guests of social think-tank construction.
