外文摘要：The disadvantages existed in the teaching process of the students in modem normal colleges were ana- lyzed. Based on the characteristics of microteaching, the role microteaching on the normal students＇ training was dis- cussed. Through the introduction of microteaching, more and more teachers and students can understand, accept and use this teaching mean, so that it can enhance the teaching level of normal students and lay a solid foundation on their way to society, which can promote the prosperous development of education in our country.
