中文摘要：依据学术工作者以何种形式获取生存与发展的物质资源,学术创业可以分为岗位型、混合型和自主型三种。从这个角度而言,职业具有创业属性,学术职业具有学术创业属性。大学教师是学术职业的主体,学术创业属于大学教师的职业属性。根据属性论的基本观点,对象事物的属性是不以人的意志为转移的客观存在,但属性在现实层面的展现又取决于一定条件,从而大学教师学术创业实践最终取决于教师主体尤其是政府或者高校对于相应属性功能的选择。基于属性展现的条件分析,推进大学教师学术创业,要以观念转变作为先导、以政策制定作为关键、以教师意愿作为动力,从认知、政策与物质三大环境全面培育学术创业条件。

外文摘要：According to the form in which academic staffs obtain material resources for survival and development,academic entrepreneurship can be divided into three types: post type,hybrid type and independent type. From this point of view,the profession has the entrepreneurial attribute,and the academic profession has the academic entrepreneurial attribute. University teachers are the main body of academic profession,and academic entrepreneurship belongs to the professional attribute of university teachers. According to the basic view of attribute theory,the attribute of the object is an objective existence,but the display of the attribute depends on certain conditions,so the academic entrepreneurial practice ultimately depends on the choice of the corresponding attribute function of the teacher,especially the government or the university. Based on the condition analysis of attribute display,we should take the concept change as the guide,the policy making as the key,and the teachers’ will as the driving force,and comprehensively cultivate the academic entrepreneurship conditions from the three environments of cognition,policy and material.
