中文摘要：目的探讨六味地黄丸对乙酸胃溃疡的辅助治疗作用及机制。方法制备乙酸诱发大鼠胃溃疡模型,大鼠随机分为5组(正常对照组、模型对照组、六味地黄丸组、雷尼替丁组、六味地黄丸加雷尼替丁组),运用单向免疫扩散法检测血清IgA、IgG、IgM含量,ELISA法检测血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)的变化,并通过形态学方法计算溃疡指数和抑制率。结果在细胞免疫方面:模型对照组IL-2含量显著低于正常对照组,药物治疗的3组IL-2含量显著升高,IL-2的水平,六味地黄丸加雷尼替丁组高于六味地黄丸组高于雷尼替丁组。在体液免疫方面:模型对照组、正常对照组和雷尼替丁组,血清免疫球蛋白IgA,IgG,IgM含量无显著差异,六味地黄丸明显提高IgA,IgM含量,且IgG升高更为显著;在治疗效果方面:药物治疗的3组,溃疡指数明显下降,且六味地黄丸加雷尼替丁组优于雷尼替丁组优于六味地黄丸组。结论制酸剂在对胃溃疡的治疗作用优于六味地黄丸,但是六味地黄丸通过提高细胞免疫和体液免疫水平,对大鼠乙酸胃溃疡具有治疗作用,在联合抗酸药物治疗胃溃疡中,对于提高疗效有一定的辅助作用。

外文摘要：Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Liuweidihuang pills. Methods The rats were randomly divided into 5 groups ：A （normal control group）, B （gastric ulcer group induced by acetic acid）, C （ranitidine group）, D （Liuweidihuang pills group）and E （ranitidine cooperating with Liuweidihuang pills group）. Determine the expression of immunoglobulin by SDS - PAGE technique, change of IL - 2 by ELISA, and examine the index of ulcer. Results In cellular immunity aspect ： the level of IL - 2 in serum of B group was significantly less than A group, IL - 2 was increased by pharmacological treatment, group E was more remarkable than C and D groups. In human immunity aspect ： compared with A group, groups B and C had no statistic difference in the expression of immunoglobulin （ IgA, IgG, IgM）. By treatment of Liuweidihuang pills, IgA and IgM were significantly higher than above three groups, and IgG elevated more remarkably. In therapeutic result aspect： index of ulcer was decreased significantly in Pharmacological treatment groups （ C, D, E ） , and therapeutic effect of E group was superior to C and D groups, and C group was superior to D group. Conclusion Ranitidine is superior to Liuweidihuang pills in therapeutic effect of gastric ulcer, but Liuweidihuang pills can cure gastric ulcer in rats by increased immunologic function, by cooperating with ranitidine, Liuweidihuang pills has certain auxiliary function to therapeutic effect of gastric ulcer.
