中文摘要:教师信念是教师发展的重要课题。本文通过对一位大学优秀英语教师的信念构建探究,分析了其对教师角色、师生关系、课堂教学和社会文化环境的认识。与其他研究不同的是,本文强调教师自身情感需求以及中国特有的社会文化环境对教师信念的影响,并希望通过本文加强对高校教师信念的关注,从而有助于外语教师的发展。
外文摘要:Teacher beliefs are a significant issue in the field of teacher development. Different from the previous studies, the paper emphasizes teachers' emotional needs and the influence of Chinese socio-cuhural context on teacher beliefs. According to the findings of the study, the author also hopes that the issue of teacher beliefs can be paid attention to in college English teach- ing, so as to contribute to the development of foreign language teachers.
