中文摘要：目的本文是应用脂肪肝的声像图和氯氮平用药剂量时间长短,对检出脂肪肝与氯氮平用药时间长短剂量进行分析。方法应用超声对应用氯氮平时间长短与脂肪肝进行观察。结果在203名长期服用氯氮平, 入院前几乎无脂肪肝患者。从用药3个月被检出脂肪肝11例,其检出率为5.41%(11/203×100%)。从用药6个月时被检出脂肪肝为50.73%[103/203×100%]。从用药一年时被检出脂肪肝为81.28%(165/203×100%)。经t检验有非常显著差异(P<0.001),脂肪肝声像图越典型证明用药时间越长。结论脂肪肝声像图与氯氮平用药时间与剂量存在密切关系。给临床抗精神病用药提出了新的问题。

外文摘要：Objective To probe the relationship between the B mode sonography of fatty liver with the different Clozapine dosage and period. Methods The effect of Clozapine was evaluated with ultrasonography. Results A total of 203 cases who had no fatty liver diseases before, after 3 months Clozapine administration, 11 cases were confirmed to have fatty liver on B mode sonography. The rate was 5. 41% (11/203). After 6 months administration, the occurrance rate raised to 50. 75% (103/203). And 1 year later, 81.28% (165/203) of these cases were verified to be fatty liver. The more remarkable fatty liver the longer period of Clozapine administered, which is logistically proved by t test (P<0. 001). Conclusions There was close relationship between fatty liver sonographic manifcestations and Clozapine dosage and using period, which makes a trouble in clinical antipsychosis medicine treatment.
