中文摘要：分析了饥饿15d,20d再投喂15d,20d对白鲫生物化学组分的影响，结果显示，饥饿状态下，白鲫水分和灰分含量升高，蛋白质含量逐渐减少，脂肪含量出现先增后降的趋势，血糖水平迅速降低，血液蛋白质含量明显降低，再投喂过程中，水分和灰分含量均下降，蛋白质含量和脂肪含 量增加，并高于正常水平，血糖水平和血液蛋白质含量略有回升，但低于正常水平。

外文摘要：The effect of starvation for 15 or 20 days and subsequent re-feeding on biochemical composition in Carassius auratus cuvieri is examined.The results are obtained as follows:During the starvation period,water content and ash content increase,and protein content gradually decreases while fat content increases at first,then decreases. Blood sugar concentration and blood protein concentration decrease significantly.After re-feeding,water content and ash content decrease while protein content and fat content increase to be above thenormal level.Blood sugar concentration and blood protein concentration increase slightly,buthelow the normal level.
