中文摘要:在对提高羽绒润湿性和蓬松度进行了一系列试验的基础上 ,对如何提高蓬松度作了探讨。实验表明通过一定的氧化剂和表面活性剂的共同作用能较大程度提高羽绒蓬松度 ,并结合实验数据 ,得出了羽绒蓬松度提高的优化条件 :浴比为 1∶ 40 ,所用氧化剂与阳离子表面活性剂用量比为 1∶ 1 ,且浓度均为 6% ,在 30℃下作用 40 min可使羽绒蓬松度达到最高。
外文摘要:In terms of a series of experiments about the filtration ability and fluffiness of natural down,a discussion on enhancing fluffiness of natural down was made in this paper.The combined effects of oxidizing and surfactants were proved to be the most effective method for enhancing the fluffiness of natural down.According to experimental results,the optimum conditions of the reaction were detemined the liquor ration is 1∶40,and the reaction carried out at 30℃ for 40 minutes with 1∶1 ration between oxidizing agent(6%)and cationic surfactant (6%).In this case,the fluffiness of natural down could be enhanced greatly.
