中文摘要：民营企业如何在日趋激烈的竞争环境中求得生存并走向持续发展,这是摆在每个民营企业面前的重要课题。从民营企业成长过程的角度剖析了民营企业的生命周期,指出了民营企业在其成长过程中存在的主要问题,从企业使命、组织创新、打造核心竞争力、完善管理等方面探索了延长民营企业生命周期的对策。

外文摘要：It is a very important task for each private enterprise to face that is how to survive and develop constantly in today's violent competition situation. The article analyses the private enterprise's lifecycle, points out the main problems by standing on the point of its coming-on period and seeks after the countermeasure to prolong the private enterprise's lifecycle from the aspects of enterprise's responsibility, organization creation, core competition power making, management perfection and etc.
