外文摘要：Using questionnaire, interviewing and statistics and other methods, authors researched and analyzed P.E. courses optimize setting and developing recreation based on sun sports in Zhejiang Province. They proposed its several rules and strategies and gave some theory and method supports for curriculum reform of high school P.E.courses.
