中文摘要：晚清时期的翻译较为特殊,多表现为对译文的操纵与改写。以《卢梭学案》为例,译者通过不同的翻译策略对卢梭的"权利"知识进行了改写,从"人权""民权""国权"这三方面引进并构建了中国式的"权利"话语,从而参与了权力结构的运作。

外文摘要：Translation in the late Qing dynasty is relatively special manifested as manipulation and rewriting of translated versions. In Jean Jacques Rousseau,the translator rewrote Rousseau＇s knowledge of ＂Right＂through different translation strategies,and constructed China＇s discourse of ＂Right＂from the three aspects of ＂Human Rights＂,＂Civil Rights＂and ＂Nation＇s Rights＂,thus participating in the operation of power structure.
