外文摘要：Society transferring is a dynamic and long-term. It is extremely significant correctly to handle the relationship in government together with marketplace. By means of feature analysis and research of some correlation problems, it is important that we must sufficiently brings into effect of the sports plurality merits, and speeds up the sports industrialization progress, and breeds the sports marketplace vigorously, and heightens the sports undertaking developing the capability self, and lifts sports society beneficial results and economic results, and causes sports better act as the economic construction setvice.
