中文摘要：在参考大量文献的基础上,从环境、经济、社会、安全四个方面构建装配式建筑灰色综合效益评价模型。结合浙江省某装配式住宅项目实例,通过专家对综合效益指标打分并运用灰色综合评价法对指标进行计算,评价结果为“综合效益较高”水平,基本符合实际;对装配式建筑综合效益评价结果进行分析并提出相关建议。

外文摘要：Based on a large number of references,the grey comprehensive benefit evaluation model of prefabricated buildings was constructed from 4 aspects of environment,economy,society and security.Combined with an example of a prefabricated residential project in Zhejiang Province,the comprehensive benefit index was scored by experts and the grey comprehensive evaluation method was used to calculate the index.The evaluation result was“high comprehensive benefit”level,which was basically consistent with reality.The comprehensive benefit evaluation results of prefabricated buildings were analyzed and relevant suggestions were put forward.
