中文摘要：目的:探讨不孕妇女的心理状态和护理对策。方法:采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)对62例不孕妇女进行测试。结果:较多的不孕妇女有抑郁、焦虑情绪。与全国常模比较,有显著性差异(SDS总粗分36.87±6.06,与全国常模比较,t=4.43,P<0.01,标准分46.26±7.62,与全国常模比较,t=4.53,P<0.01;SAS总粗分33.32±4.91,与全国常模比较,t=5.68,P<0.01)。结论:在不孕妇女的诊治和护理工作中,应根据这一群体的心理特点,采取相应的护理策略。

外文摘要：Objective： To investigate the mental state of sterile women and nursing method. Methods： 62 sterile women were tested with self-rating depression scale （SDS） and self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） . Results： Compared it with the common type of whole country, the present observations strongly suggested that sterile women feel impatient comparatively. （SDS summarize point 36, 87 ±6.06 compared it with the common type of whole country t =4.43, P 〈0.01. the standard point 46.26±7. 62, compared it with the common type of whole country t =4. 53, P 〈 0. 01, SAS summarize point 33.32 ±4. 91 compared it with the common type of whole country t = 5.68, P 〈 0.01 ） . Conclusion： In the process of treating and nursing sterile women, suitable nursing method and strategy should be taken according to the psychological feature of these patients.
