中文摘要:纺织印染工业是我国发展最早且具有国际竞争力的传统优势产业之一,已有一个多世纪的发展历史,但同时也是典型的高能耗、高水耗、高污染产业,制约其发展最主要的障碍就是环保问题。本文针对印染废水的处理问题设计了一个基于电凝聚的污水处理系统,旨在处理污水中的色度、COD、苯胺等物质。该系统包括容器、电解质、电源模块以及控制装置,通过单片机产生不同电压不同电流的脉冲信号来达到使污染物凝聚进而去除的目的。电源模块将采用DC-DC芯片来产生不同电压电流的电源。控制装置将把直流电源信号转化成不同频率以及不同占空比的脉冲信号,加在污水中的电极上来达到电凝聚的目的。本装置对污水处理有着极好的效果,也符合绿水青山就是金山银山的国家发展战略。

外文摘要:Textile printing and dyeing industry is one of the earliest and internationally competitive traditional industries,has more than a century of development history,but it is also a typical high energy consumption,high water consumption,high pollution industry,the main obstacle to its development is environmental protection.In this paper,the dyeing wastewater treatment problems designed based on the electrical coagulation of wastewater treatment system,to treat the sewage color,COD,aniline and other substances.The system consists of a container,an electrolyte,a power module and a control device.The single-chip microcomputer generates pulse signals of different voltages and currents to condense and remove pollutants.The power module will use DC-DC chip to generate power with different voltage and current.The control device will convert the DC power signals into pulse signals of different frequencies and duty ratios,which will be added to the electrodes of sewage to achieve electrical coagulation.This device has an excellent effect on sewage treatment,and is in line with the national development strategy that clear water and green mountains are gold and silver mountains.
