中文摘要：中小企业在我国国民经济中起到举足轻重的作用,但由于种种原因,中小企业中有相当一部分忽视了财务管理的核心地位,本文针对目前中小企业存在的融资困难、财务控制薄弱、管理模式僵化等问题,提出了一些解决对策。

外文摘要：Middle and small corporation is important in national economy,but as a result of some reasons,rather parts of middle and small corporation ignore the finance management as a core position,the thinking of management is rigescence and lagging,there have countermeasures to deal with some questions about difficulty of finance,weak finance control,rigidity of managerial model and so on.
