中文摘要：采用20个随机引物对三个不同水域(秋浦河、长江、万佛湖)的鳜鱼群体的基因组进行了RAPD检测。得到了群体内、群体间的遗传相似性系数及遗传距离,为鳜鱼的遗传多样性研究及地方品种的选育提供了重要的资料。

外文摘要：The genomic DNA polymorphisms of Mandarin fishes from 3 areas (Qiupu River, Changjiang and Wanfu lake) were detected by RAPD technique. Twenty 10 - mer primers were used for RAPD - PCR reaction. Intra - and Inter - Population similarity index as well as genetic distance index were obtained. The results of this paper have provided some important data to the genetic diversity study and selection of local breeds of Mandarin fishes.
