中文摘要：文章从分析低碳供应链战略合作伙伴评价与选择的研究价值和意义入手,对供应链合作伙伴评价指标体系与方法的研究进展进行综述,依据企业资质、产品服务、业务运营、环保低碳与合作能力等5个准则构建低碳战略合作伙伴评价指标体系,建立了基于熵权TOPSIS法的评价选择模型,并结合实例验证前述方法的有效性与实用性。

外文摘要：Starting from the analysis of research value of the evaluation and selection of low carbon supply chain strategic partners, the author first reviews related research of the evaluation index system of supply chain partners; and then the author designs the evaluation index system for low carbon supply chain strategic partners based on such five criteria as enterprise qualification, product service, business operation, environmental low carbon and the capability for cooperation; besides, the author also designs an evaluation and selection model based on TOPSIS of entropy coefficient, and tests the effectiveness and applicability of the above-mentioned method.
