中文摘要:研究了金属材料基于电阻变化的损伤定义,它能较好地反映损伤演化过程中共同存在和相互作用的宏、细、微观效应,并且在传导电流的导电截面与承载截面等价的假设条件下,与有效截面的损伤定义等价.通过纯弯旋转高频疲劳试验,提出了基于电阻变化的常用结构钢的高周疲劳损伤累积模型,获得了相应的疲劳损伤演化律及其寿命预测公式,并对由正火45号碳钢、16Mn钢和20Mn钢三种结构钢制成的试样进行了具体测试.

外文摘要:The research on the definition of damage based on electrical resistance changes shows that it can reflect substantially the macro-meso-micro effects of interaction and concurrence in the damage evolution processes of metallic materials. Under the hypothesis of a conducting-section equivalent to a load-bearing one, it is equal to the effective section definition of damage. High frequency rotating bending fatigue tests reveal that the high-cycle fatigue damage accumulation model for structural steels is based on resistance changes. The fatigue damage evolution law and its lifetime prediction formula are obtained, respectively. Fatigue-specimens made of three common structural steels, normalized 45# carbon steel, 16 Mn steel and 20 Mn steel, are measured and analyzed.
