中文摘要:组合钢板桩兼具良好的止水效果、抗弯刚度大以及可回收利用等众多优点,为进一步丰富组合钢板桩的组合形式及应用范围,提出一种新型的HUI组合钢板桩,其通过在H型钢的翼缘上焊接双向锁扣使H型钢与U型钢板桩之间连接更加便利和多样。在此基础上,综合采用理论计算、室内试验以及ABAQUS数值软件对HUI组合钢板桩的抗弯性能、锁扣抗拉性能以及抗弯刚度折减效应展开研究。结果显示:HUI组合钢板桩的截面抗弯刚度对比单一U型钢板桩有明显提升,锁扣的抗拉承载力为832kN。HUI组合钢板桩的抗弯试验表明,锁扣焊接试件的抗弯性能明显优于锁扣自由连接的试件,锁扣焊接试件的最大抗弯强度为400kN,而锁扣自由连接的试件的最大抗弯强度只有300kN。基于抗弯试验的挠度测量,通过增量法得到实际应用中钢板桩的抗弯刚度折减系数介于055~064之间。最后,通过对比抗弯试验与数值模拟的结果,发现两者结果相对吻合。
外文摘要:Composite steel sheet pile has many advantages,such as good waterproof effect,large bending stiffness and recyclability.In order to further enrich the combination type and application range of composite steel sheet pile,a new type of HUI composite steel sheet pile was proposed,which makes the connection between H?shaped steel and U?shaped steel sheet pile more convenient and diverse by welding two?way lock on the flange of H?shaped steel.On this basis,theoretical calculation,laboratory test and ABAQUS numerical software were used to study the bending performance,lock tensile performance and bending stiffness reduction effect of HUI composite steel sheet pile.The results show that the flexural stiffness of HUI composite steel sheet pile is obviously higher than that of single U?shaped steel sheet pile,and the tensile bearing capacity of lock is 83.2 kN.The bending test of HUI composite steel sheet pile shows that the bending performance of the lock welding specimen is obviously better than that of the lock free connection specimen.The maximum bending strength of the lock welding specimen is 400 kN,while the maximum bending strength of the lock free connection specimen is only 300 kN.Based on the deflection measurement based on the bending test,through the incremental method,the bending stiffness reduction coefficient of steel sheet pile in practical application is between 0.55 and 0.64.Finally,the results of the bending test and the numerical simulation were compared,and it shows that they are relatively consistent.
