中文摘要:目的采用结构方程模型探讨幽默风格在护士积极-消极情绪与工作满意度上的中介作用。方法采用简明心境状态量表、幽默风格量表和护士工作满意度量表对1013名护士进行调查。结果积极情绪对工作满意度有直接正向预测作用,消极情绪对工作满意度有直接负向预测作用;适应性幽默、不适应性幽默在积极情绪、消极情绪与工作满意度间具有部分中介作用。结论医疗机构可以通过提升护士幽默感,缓解消极情绪对工作满意度的消极影响,降低护士离职率,提升患者满意度和护理质量。

外文摘要:Objective Using structural equation modeling to examine whether humor styles mediated the relationship between positive-negative emotion and job satisfaction among nurses. Methods Totally 1013 nurses were investigated using the Profile of Mood State(POMS),Humor Styles Scale and Nurse Job Satisfaction Scale. Results Positive emotion was a positive predictor for nurses' job satisfaction,while negative emotion played a negative role on job satisfaction. Adaptive and maladaptive humor style partly mediated the relationship between positive-negative emotion and job satisfaction. Conclusion Healthcare organizations should foster nurse' sense of humor to moderate the nega- tive influence of negative emotion on job satisfaction,reduce nurses' turnover rate,and eventually contribute to higher patient satisfaction and quality patient care.
