中文摘要：两晋时期的南北大族是司马氏政权的基本政治力量，与大族势力的结合成为该政权的特质，这一现象在会稽大族中表现得非常明显。西晋政权以北来大族为重，故会稽大族的政治地位已不及前朝。进入东晋后，随着世族地主经济的持续发展，东晋统治者为了稳固其政权，不得不拉拢会稽大族，以取得他们的支持。会稽士族官僚群体的形成．便是较为典型地反映了大族势力与政权之间的这种关系，体现出两晋政权的士族政治本质。

外文摘要：This paper deals with the relationship between big clans in Kuaiji Prefecture and the regime of Western and Eastern Jin Dynasties. It is argued that the regime features a close association with the then influential clans as exemplified by the big clans in Kuaiji Prefecture. The emergence of several groups of scholar - oificials in Kualji bears witness to this political partnership between the clan power and the national regime, indicating that the dynasties reigned by means of scholar- official politics.
