中文摘要：对我国现代流通业与先进制造业的协同性进行测度与评价,有利于提高现代流通业的服务能力和制造业的国际分工地位,有利于优化产业结构,增强我国的产业竞争力。文章首先界定了现代流通业与先进制造业协同性的内涵,从产业科技创新能力、可持续发展能力、市场开拓能力、发展效率、发展效益五个方面构建了评价指标体系,提出了现代流通业与先进制造业协同性的测度方法;利用1990-2013年统计数据,对我国现代流通业、先进制造业以及两者之间的协同性现状进行了综合评价分析。研究结果表明:我国现代流通业与先进制造业综合评价指数总体上处于上升趋势,表明现代流通业与先进制造业发展态势良好;无论从静态协同性指数还是从动态协同性指数看,我国现代流通业与先进制造业总体上处于比较协同状态,其中现代流通业与先进制造业子系统协同性——科技创新能力、市场开拓能力处于基本协同状态,可持续发展能力、发展效率、发展效益处于非常协同状态。

外文摘要：The measurement and evaluation of the synergy of modern circulation and advanced manufacturing industry has sig- nificant positive influence on the capacity of the service capacity of the modern circulation industry and the international division of labor of the advanced manufacturing industry. It also contributes to the industrial optimization and upgrading and improving the inter- national industrial competitiveness. This paper first defines the concept of synergy of modern circulation and advanced manufacturing industry. Then, a comprehensive evaluation system of the modern circulation industry and the advanced manufacturing industry is built in terms of innovation capability, sustainable development ability, marketing development capacity, industrial efficiency and industrial benefit. The assessment index and synergy index of modern circulation industry and advanced manufacturing industry are valued using the statistical data from 1990 to 2013. The results show that both modern circulation industry and advanced manufacturing industry develop well in terms of the comprehensive index. The synergetic work between modern circulation industry and advanced manufacturing industry is on the good way. Scientific and technological innovation and marketing ability are in the state of general synergy. Sustainable development, efficiency and benefit are in the state of perfect synergy.
