中文摘要:应用有限元法对数控车床主轴单元进行静态以及动态特性分析。采用梁单元BEAM4和弹簧阻尼单元COMBIN14建模,对主轴在切削力作用下的变形情况进行了分析。采用实体单元SOLID45单元和弹簧阻尼单元COMBIN14建模,对主轴的振动模态进行了分析,并对固有频率随轴承刚度和悬臂长度的变化关系进行了研究。计算结果表明,应用这种建模方法分析机床主轴单元能够取得满意的计算结果。

外文摘要:The static and dynamic characteristics of NC lathe spindle system were analyzed by finite element method (FEM). The deformed results of the spindle subjected to cutting force were analyzed with mixture elements consisted of BEAM4 and COMBIN14. The vibratory modal was analyzed with mixture elements consisted of SOLID45 and COMBIN14. The relationships between natural frequency and stiffness of bearing, cantilever length of spindle were studied. The calculation results indicate that the modeling method is feasible for analyzing spindle system.
