外文摘要:The conductive UHMWPE/PANI composite yarn was continuously manufactured using a novel method based on in-situ polymerization, and electromagnetic shielding composite materials were prepared using the UHMWPE/PANI yarn in this paper. The effects of arrangement density and arrangement angle of UHMWPE/PANI yarns on the electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding efficiency (SE) of composite materials were studied. The results indicated that the shielding efficiency increased with the increase of the density of the UHMWPE/PANI yarn. The SE could reach more than 10dB, when two parallel yarn layers with the distance of 1mm between the adjacent yarns in each layer were overlapped perpendicularly. The arrangement angle of two layers also affected the shielding effectiveness. The SE was the highest when the arrangement angle was 90, and the anti-electromagnetic radiation effect decreased gradually with the decrease of the arrangement angle.
