中文摘要:运用有限元的方法,在准静态条件下将被模拟的单纤维几何尺寸采用多节点、方形、连续的三维有限单元进行离散化,进而研究不同粗细直径纤维端对单纤维弯曲性能的影响。在悬臂梁弯曲模式下,通过有限元模拟计算得出纤维端尺寸的单纤维的抗弯刚度。结果表明:纤维端尺寸不同对单纤维弯曲性能影响明显;对于平均直径相同的单纤维,纤维端直径较细的纤维比纤维端直径较粗的纤维易弯曲。
外文摘要:Most textile fibers are geometrically irregular along the fiber length to a different degree,and this irregularity is bound to affect the bending behavior of fibers.This paper examines the influence of fiber end on the bending behavior of individual fibers by using finite element method(FEM).The actual geometry of the structure of the simulated individual fiber was discretized using multi-node,square,continuous three-dimensional finite elements in the quasi-static situations.The flexural rigidity of the irregular fibers with coarse and fine fiber ends was simulated under a cantilever bending condition.Results indicated that the influence of different fiber end dimensions on the bending behaviour of the fiber is evident;for the irregular fibers with the same mean diameter,those with finer fiber ends bend more easily than those with coarser fiber ends.This fiber end effect has a special implication for improving the skin-comfort property of the fabric.
