中文摘要:为了高效回用活性染料染色废水,提出采用光折射率法测试其中的盐浓度。研究单一盐、混合盐溶液中盐度与盐质量浓度间的关系,以及染液质量浓度对测试结果的影响,构建了相应的测试标准曲线,建立了一种活性染料染色废水含盐量测试的方法。结果显示,氯化钠、硫酸钠和碳酸钠质量浓度与盐度存在较好的线性拟合关系,拟合度达到0.99以上。在混合盐的溶液中,盐度具有较好的加和性,误差小于5%。染料质量浓度对单一盐或混合盐的盐度测定影响较小,误差在4%以下。
外文摘要:In order to efficiently reuse reactive dyed wastewater,the salt concentration of wastewater was measured by light refractive index method.The relationship between salinity and salt concentration of single salt and mixed salt solution and the influence of dye concentration were studied.There is a good linear relation between the concentration of sodium chloride,sodium sulfate,sodium carbonate and salinity,and R2 > 0.99.The salinity exhibited good additivity in the solution of mixed salt with the error of less than 5%.Dye concentration had little effect on the salinity of singIe salt and mixed salt and the error is below 4%.
