中文摘要:员工管理实践正在由控制型向承诺型发生转变,组织理论界把发生在工作场所层次的承诺型管理实践作为一个整体称为高参与工作系统。根据产业关系学界的研究,这些转型的管理实践表现为劳资合作的特征,又称为劳资合作管理实践。它们分布于企业的不同层次,构成了更为完整的管理系统,也称之为劳资合作系统,而高参与工作系统是其子系统。为此构建了劳资合作系统构念的测量模型,运用来自中国企业的调查数据进行了探索性分析和验证,确认其概念结构是一个二阶因子结构。

外文摘要:At present,employee management practices are transforming from control type to commitment type.In the field of organization and theory,commitment type practices at the level of workplacare defined as Heavy Involvement Work System.According to the literatures from industrial relations academics,these transformed practices characterize as labor management cooperation and distribute in all levels of organizations.So the all labor-management cooperation practices in all levels constitute the integrated management system which is named as the Labor Management Cooperation System by the author.Therefore,the Heavy Involvement Work System is a subsystem of the Labor Management Cooperation System.Then,this paper builds a measurement model of Labor Management Cooperation System,and finally confirms that its construct is Second Order Factor Model by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis of survey data from Chinese companies.
