中文摘要：根据实际生产及使用需要,要求高速丝袜机同步带的松紧能够调节。无论国内还是国外的高速丝袜机,其同步带的松紧均由机器的底座、同步带轮及同步带的制造精度所决定。而且使用一段时间后同步带有可能会松弛,严重影响机器的使用。针对这一问题,设计了一套结构简单、使用方便且可以随时调节同步带松紧的调节装置,降低了零件的生产精度,延长了同步带的使用寿命,为机器的制造商与用户提供了便利。

外文摘要：According to the requirement of practical production and usage, the tightness degree for the synchronizing belt of high- speed stocking machine need adjust. Whenever the machine is manufactured at home or abroad, the tightness of synchronizing belt is determined by the machine base, the synchronizing belt pulley, and the manufacturing accuracy of the belt. If the belt is used for long-time, the fatigue problem will be produced, which could result in the serious usage. A set of creative adjusting device with the simple construct, convenient using and timely adjusting the tightness of synchronizing belt is designed to solve the above prob- lem, which could not only decrease the production accuracy of parts, but prolong the usage lifetime of the belt to offer the conven- ience for the machine manufacturer and custom.
