中文摘要:为提高聚酰胺6纤维的导电性能,以聚酰胺6为聚合物基体,以导电聚苯胺为导电组分,采用共混熔融纺丝法制备了导电聚酰胺6/聚苯胺复合纤维,探讨了导电聚苯胺含量对复合纤维导电性能的影响,并分析了纤维的形貌结构、热学及力学性能。研究结果表明,共混熔融纺丝是一种制备导电聚酰胺6/聚苯胺复合纤维的有效方法,复合纤维具有一定的导电能力,随着聚苯胺含量的提高,纤维的电导率提高,最高电导率可达10^(-3)S/cm;对初生纤维进行后拉伸,可以进一步提高纤维的导电性能;聚苯胺的加入提高了PA6纤维的热稳定性,但恶化了纤维的力学性能,随着聚苯胺含量的提高,复合纤维的断裂伸长率、断裂强度和初始模量均呈下降趋势。

外文摘要:In order to improve the electrical conductivity of polymide 6 fiber, polyaniline is used as a conductive component and polyamide 6 composite fiber as the matrix, the conductive polyamide 6/polyaniline composite fibers are prepared by blended melt spinning. The effect of PANI content on the conductivity of composite fibers is discussed. And surface erty of the composite fibers are characterized. The morphology, thermal property and mechanical prop- results show that blended melt spinning is an efficient way to prepare conductive PA6/PANI composite fibers. The conductivity of composite fiber increases with the increase of polyaniline content, and the conductivity of composite fiber reaches 10^-3 S/cm. The post-drawing of as-spun fibers can further improve their conductivity. The adding of PANI can enhance the thermal stability of PA6 fibers, while weaken the mechanical properties of fibers. With the increase of PANI content, the breaking elongation, strength and initial modulus of composite fibers decrease gradually.
