中文摘要：雅乐作为我国礼乐文化的支柱之一,曾凭借丝绸之路和海上丝绸之路产生了不容忽视的文化影响,和“一带一路”有着深厚的历史渊源。而雅乐背后的儒家文化核心价值以及传统音乐体系,不仅在加强“一带一路”国家的文化和价值认同上有着深刻的历史合理性,对于增强东方音乐文化的话语权也有着深远的现实意义。雅乐的传承与重建,应当纳入“一带一路”倡议的大背景下,从时间、空间、价值三个维度出发,再现雅乐的悠久历史、多元姿态和时代价值。

外文摘要：One of the pillars of ritual music culture in our country,Yayue produces a cultural influence that cannot be ignored through the Silk Road and Maritime Silk Road,hence a profound historical relation with the“Belt and Road Initiative”.The core values of Confucian culture and the traditional music system behind Yayue not only bear profound historical rationality in strengthening the culture and value identity of the“Belt and Road Initiative”countries,but also have far-reaching practical significance for enhancing the discourse power of oriental music culture.The inheritance and reconstruction of Yayue should be brought into the backdrop of the“Belt and Road Initiative”,so as to reproduce Yayue’s long history,multiple stances and contemporary values from the three dimensions of time,space,and value.
