外文摘要：The rapid development of e-commerce brings about both opportunities and challenges for the China＇s third party logistics cooperation. Firstly, the paper discusses the necessity of information construction in the third party logistics cooperation in e-commerce. Secondly it analyses the current situation and obstacles in advancing information construction in the third party logistics cooperation. Finally, the paper puts forward some strategies in developing information construction in the third party logistics cooperation in China.
