外文摘要：The development of Unicorn enterprises represents the vigorous development of the new economy,and increasingly affects the economic development of a region and a country.Through comparative analysis of valuation,industry distribution,regional distribution,business model,thepaper tries to find deficiencies in the development of Unicorn enterprises in China and USA,so as togain experience to promote the reform and innovation of Unicorn enterprises.
