中文摘要:以特性黏数为0.60dL/g的阻燃聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)切片及熔点为255~265℃的色母粒为原料,采用异形喷丝板,首先制得有色六叶形涤纶预取向丝(POY),然后采用特殊的假捻工艺制备167dtex/74f六叶形有色阻燃异捻涤纶假捻变形丝(DTY),对纤维的形态结构、热性能、阻燃性能及力学性能进行了表征。结果表明:选择六叶形喷丝孔叶片长宽比为2.50,螺杆各区温度分别为260,265,270,275℃,纺丝箱体温度275℃,组件初始压力9.5MPa,卷绕速度2850~2950m/min,可纺性好,制备的POY六叶形截面形状良好;在常规加弹机上加装零罗拉,对POY进行二级拉伸与异捻加工,加工速度280~380m/min,热辊温度80~90℃,假捻器速比(D/Y)为2.0~2.3,第一热箱温度200~210℃,第二热箱温度210~220℃,异捻加工性能好;制备的异捻DTY外观形态上表现为纵向粗细不均匀即交替的蓬松段和紧捻段,大分子结构上纵向取向度差异大,紧捻段的结晶度和熔融焓均小于蓬松段;异捻DTY断裂强度2.53cN/dtex,断裂伸长率20.19%,续燃时间3.45s,可满足阻燃机织物B2级、公共场所阻燃制品2级的阻燃要求。
外文摘要:A colored hexalobular flame retardant irregularly twisted polyester false-twist textured yarn(DTY)of 167 dtex/74 f was developed from colored hexalobular polyester pre-oriented yarn(POY)through a specific false twisting process,which was prepared using flame-retardant polyethylene terephthalate(PET)chips with a specific viscosity of 0.60 dL/g and the color masterbatch with a melting point of 255-265℃as raw materials by applying profiled spinnerets.The morphology,thermal properties,flame retardancy and mechanical properties of the fiber were characterized.The results showed that the spinnability was good and the produced POY possessed favorable hexalobular cross section shape when the process conditions were as followed:the length-to-width ratio of spinneret blades 2.50,the respective temperatures of 260,265,270 and 275℃in different screw regions,spin manifold temperature 275℃,initial pressure of spinneret pack 9.5 MPa,winding speed 2850-2950 m/min;POY exhibited the favorable twisting processing performance when exposed to secondary drawing and irregularly twisting processes on a traditional texturing machine equipped with a zero roller under the conditions as followed:texturing speed 280-380 m/min,hot roller temperature 80-90℃,twister speed ratio(D/Y)2.0-2.3,the first hot box temperature 200-210℃,the second hot box temperature 210-220℃;the appearance of the obtained DTY was characterized by the uneven longitudinal thickness,i.e.alternate fluffy and tight segments,the great longitudinal orientation difference of the macromolecular structure,and the crystallinity and melting enthalpy in the tight segment lower than those in fluffy segment;and the obtained DTY irregularly twisted possessed the breaking strength of 2.53 cN/dtex,the elongation at break 20.19%,and the afterflame time 3.45 s,which can meet the requirements of flame-retardant woven fabric grade B2 and flame-retardant products grade 2 in public places.
