中文摘要：留学生培养是我国高等教育国际化的重要标志,也是提升我国国际影响力的重要手段。实现对来华留学生的“趋同化”管理,需要留学生对我国的法治形成认同,能自觉遵守我国的法律制度。但由于中外文化差异、地方高校留学生法治教育的课程内容不足,以及相关的教育制度的法治实践性不够等原因,来华留学生的法治认同培养仍存在阻碍。如何克服不利因素的影响,提升来华留学生法治认同,推动趋同化管理的进展,是地方高校亟需解决的问题。

外文摘要：Fostering international students is the important symbol of internationalization of Chinese higher education as well as important measure of promoting Chinese international influence.To realize the“convergence management”of international students in China,it is necessary for international students to identify with China’s rule of law and consciously abide by China’s legal system.However,due to cultural differences of Chinese and foreign countries,lack of course contents for rule of law education for international students,and insufficient teaching resources for supporting rule of law education for international students,obstacles still exit regarding cultivation of their identification with China’s rule of law.Therefore,how to overcome the impact of unfavorable factors and enhance international students’identification with the rule of law to improve convergence management of international students is an urgent problem that local universities need to solve.
