中文摘要:以废旧纺织品、乙二醇及甲醇为主要原料,添加共聚单体间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸钠,采用化学法循环再生的方法合成阳离子染料可染聚酯(RCD)。分析了该共聚酯的化学结构与组成、结晶性能、热性能和相应的预取向纤维的牵伸性能,并将该共聚酯与精对苯二甲酸及乙二醇为主要原料的直接酯化法工艺生产的阳离子染料可染聚酯(CD)进行对比分析。结果表明:RCD与CD的化学结构和组成基本一致;RCD结晶相对缓慢,结晶度低,热稳定性略好;RCD的预取向纤维POY的纺丝速度可以高于CD的预取向纤维POY,有利于产品指标的稳定;RCD的合成及相应的纤维加工可以实现工业化生产。
外文摘要:The cationic dyeable polyester(RCD)was synthesized through chemical recycling regeneration using polyester textile waste,ethylene glycol and methanol as main monomer,as well as by adding the comonomers 5-sulfoisophthalic acid sodium salt.The chemical structure and compositions,crystallization properties,thermal properties and draw transformation properties for relevent POY fiber of copolyesters were investigated,then compared with the cationic dyeable polyester(CD)by esterfication process using pure terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol as main monomer.The results show that the chemical structure and composition of RCD and CD are basically the same;RCD crystallizes relatively slowly,with low crystallinity and slightly better thermal stability;The spinning speed for POY fiber of RCD should be higher than that of CD,which is conducive to the stability of product indicators.RCD synthesis and corresponding fiber processing can realize industrial production.
