中文摘要:目的探讨黄芪对缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的治疗作用。方法在常规治疗的基础上加用黄芪注射液2 m l.kg-1.d-1,对30例HIE患儿进行治疗,疗程平均(12.9±3.4)d,并与不用黄芪组患儿进行比较。观察两组患儿在治疗前、后的新生儿神经行为评分(NBNA);以NEUROFLOWTM型经颅多普勒超声诊断仪测量两组患儿双侧大脑中动脉血流收缩峰速度(Vs)、舒张末速度(Vd)、平均速度(Vm)及阻力指数(R I),同时检测血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果两组患儿治疗第1 d时NBNA得分间差别无显著性意义(P>0.05),治疗第7、14 d时NBNA得分间差别有显著性意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗7 d后双侧大脑中动脉血流动力指标间差别均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗1周后,治疗组与对照组血浆SOD活性差别无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论黄芪对HIE有较好的治疗作用。
外文摘要:Objective To study the therapeutic effect of radix astragali on hypoxic - ischemic encephalopathy of neonates. Methods Totally 60 cases of neonates with hypoxic-ischemie encephalopathy newborn under the routine therapy were divided into two groups: trial group ( n = 30) given additional remedy with radix astragali (2 ml · kg^-1·d^-1 ) and control group (n = 30) without administration of radix astragali. Neonatal-Behavioral Neurological Assessment (NBNA) of the patients were scored between pre - and post - treatment. NEUROFLOWTM mode transcaranial Doppler ultrasound diagnostic apparatus (TCD) was used to measure the systolic peak velocity (Vs), end -diastolic velocity (Vd) , mean velocity (Vm) and resistance index (RI) of middle cerebral arteries (MCA) of patients in both groups; meanwhile, SOD activity were measured. Results The examination of TCD showed that in trial and control groups the Vm of MCA in the first day were (20.4±4. 8) cm/s and ( 16.0 ± 5.1 ) cm/s, and the RI were 0.70 ±0. 11 and 0.83 ±+0. 20, the differences were significant ( P 〈0. 05). The SOD activities after one-week treatment in trial and control groups were respectively (72.3 ±26. 1 ) NU/L, (63.7 ± 16.4) NU/L, with a significant difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Radix astragali had an obvious therapeutic effect on hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy of neonates.
