中文摘要:总结喷气涡流纺技术的发展,探讨设备关键技术及产品开发。介绍了喷气涡流纺装备的演变过程,比较了日本村田、瑞士立达喷气涡流纺装备的主要区别和智能化设计情况;从喷气涡流纺纺纱速度突破、在线清油技术突破以及喷气涡流纺专用空心锭子的设计开发3个方面阐述了喷气涡流纺的技术进步;梳理了喷气涡流纺在纯棉纱线、细号纱、粗号纱、包芯纱和差别化结构色纺纱的产品开发情况。认为:喷气涡流纺技术取得了持续进步,装备更加智能、低碳、高产,喷气涡流纺技术发展前景可观,未来还需持续挖掘其在差别化、功能性纱线开发方面的潜力,扩大可纺纤维与可纺纱号范围,拓宽纱线产品应用领域,充分发挥喷气涡流纺的技术优势。

外文摘要:Development of air-jet vortex spinning technology was summarized,the key technology and product development of the device were discussed.The evolution process of air-jet vortex spinning equipment was introduced.The main differences and intelligent design of Japan Muratec and Switzerland Rieter air-jet vortex spinning equipment were compared.The technology progress of air-jet vortex spinning was described from three aspects,including spinning speed breakthrough,on-line oil cleaning technology breakthrough and the design&development of hollow spindle for air-jet vortex spinning.Product development of air-jet vortex spinning in pure cotton yarn,fine count yarn,coarse count yarn,core-spun yarn and colored spun yarn with differential structure was reviewed.It is considered that air-jet vortex spinning technology has made continuous progress,the equipment is more intelligent,lower carbon and higher yield,development prospect of air-jet vortex spinning technology is promising.In the future,it is necessary to continuously tap its potential in the development of differentiated and functional yarns,expand the range of spinnable fibers and spinnable yarn counts,broaden the application field of yarn and make full use technology advantages of air-jet vortex spinning.
