中文摘要:为应对基础教育核心素养导向的教育变革,国家和未来社会更加重视高校师范生教育对反思型教师和反思性教学能力的培养。以反思性教学能力培养为核心,培养反思型教师是深化师范生模拟教研活动变革的重要方向,这一变革面临多重困境:模拟教研活动的氛围与反思性教学能力培养的气氛难以融洽,模拟教研活动的范式与反思性教学能力培养的过程难以整合,模拟教研活动的评价与反思性教学能力培养的价值难以对接。推动以师范生反思性教学能力培养为核心的模拟教研活动变革路径思考如下:转变模拟教研活动的理念,营造反思性教学能力培养的气氛;转型模拟教研活动的范式,凸显反思性教学能力培养的过程;变革模拟教研活结果导向的评价,实现反思性教学能力培养的价值。
外文摘要:In order to cope with the educational reform oriented by the core literacy of basic education,the state and the future society pay more attention to the cultivation of reflective teachers and reflective teaching ability in normal education.Focusing on the cultivation of reflective teaching ability and cultivating reflective teachers is an important direction to deepen the reform of simulated teaching and research activities,which faces multiple dilemmas:the atmosphere of simulated teaching and research activities and the atmosphere of reflective teaching ability cultivation are difficult to harmonize,the paradigm of simulated teaching and research activities and the process of reflective teaching ability cultivation are difficult to integrate,and the evaluation of simulated teaching and research activities and the value of reflective teaching ability cultivation are difficult to dock.The paths to promote the reform of simulated teaching and research activities centered on the cultivation of reflective teaching ability of normal students are as follows:change the concept of simulated teaching and research activities to create an atmosphere for the cultivation of reflective teaching ability,changing the teaching paradigm of simulated teaching and research activities to highlight the process change,and changing result-oriented activity evaluation of reflective teaching ability cultivation to realize the value of reflective teaching ability cultivation.
