中文摘要：血栓前体蛋白是血栓中不溶性纤维蛋白的直接前体,水平升高提示有急性血栓形成的危险,因其对急性血栓具有较高的诊断特异性而受到重视。随着研究的进一步深入,血栓前体蛋白已不仅仅用于急性心肌梗死、急性脑梗死、深部静脉栓塞、弥漫性血管内凝血等常见的血栓形成性疾病的诊断和鉴别,而且在其他的一些相关疾病的诊断和鉴别中也广泛的开展起来。血栓前体蛋白在疾病中的作用越来越受到人们的重视,将为临床诊断和治疗相关疾病开辟了一个新的天地。

外文摘要：Thrombus precursor Protein is direct former of fibrin in thrombosis with insolubility, of which the increased level indicate the danger of acute thrombosis. It also is attracting more attention because of its higher diagnostic specificity for acute thrombosis. With the further study,thrombus precursor protein is not only used in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the common diseases related to thrombosis including acute myocardial infarction, acute brain infarction, deep venous thrombosis, DIC and so on, but also is being used widely in that of the other related diseases. The effect of thrombus precursor protein is attracting more and more attention, which will open up a new prospect for the clinical diagnosis and therapy of related diseases.
