中文摘要：近几年,芳基甲酰甲酸开始作为一种新的酰基化试剂应用于有机合成中。与其他酰基化试剂相比,其可以通过脱羧过程以亲核试剂的形式参与反应,具有反应活性高、反应条件温和的特点,大大拓展了酰基化反应的应用范围。本文综述了近几年芳基甲酰甲酸在偶联反应和碳氢键活化反应研究中的新应用和新进展。

外文摘要：In recent years, arylglyoxylic acid has been widely used as new acylating reagent in organic synthesis. Compared with other acylating reagents, arylglyoxylic acid has the merits such as high activity, mild reaction condition and greatly enlarge the scope of applications of acylation reaction. This review examines the state of the art regarding advances and challenges in coupling reaction and C-H activation of arylglyoxylic acid.
