中文摘要:研究前处理工艺条件对中空聚酯短纤维(PorelTM纤维)/棉混纺针织物断裂强力、白度和毛效的影响,并采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察聚酯纤维纵向形态结构的变化。优化的前处理工艺条件为:氢氧化钠4 g/L,过氧化氢4 g/L,渗透剂JFC 1 g/L,硅酸钠5 g/L,浴比1∶10,处理温度90℃,处理时间45 min;SEM检测显示,前处理后的聚酯纤维纵向截面未产生明显刻蚀作用,表明其中空结构未受显著影响。
外文摘要:The effect of pretreatment conditions on breaking strength, whiteness and capillary effect of hollow polyester staple fiber( PorelTM fiber) and cotton blended knits are discussed, and the changes in vertical morphological structure of polyester fi- ber after treatment is also studied using scanning electron microscope (SEM). The optimum treatment conditions are summa- rized as following: sodium hydroxide 4 g/L, hydrogen peroxide 4 g/L, penetrating agent JFC 1 g/L, sodium silicate 5 g/L, liq- uor ratio 1 : 10, treating at 90 ℃ for 45 rain. The results of SEM analysis indicate that the vertical section of the treated polyester fiber has no significant etching effect, and its hollow structures are not significantly broken.
