中文摘要：新结构经济学的核心思想是产业结构内生于要素禀赋结构,长三角要素禀赋结构的数字化变迁要求产业数字化转型。产业数字化是长三角数字一体化的重要支撑,是长三角实现数字资源价值、提升资源配置效率的必由之路,也是长三角抢占数字经济新高地、提升综合竞争力的必然选择。基于新结构经济学视角分析认为,长三角产业数字化可依托数字资源禀赋和产业基础,沿着有效开发数字资源(布局新基建)、合理利用数字技术(强化数字治理)、补足数字产业化短板(开发核心数字人才)和加强制度保障(完善政策供给)的路径循序渐进。

外文摘要：The core idea of new structural economics is that the industrial structure is endogenous to the factor endowment structure.The digital transformation of the factor endowment structure in the Yangtze River Delta requires industrial digitalization,which is an important support for digital integration of Yangtze River Delta;it is,therefore,the only way to realize the value of digital resources and improve the efficiency of resource allocation in Yangtze River Delta.It is also the inevitable choice for the Yangtze River Delta to seize the new heights of digital economy and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness.Based on the analysis of new structural economics,the paper believes that industrial digitalization in the Yangtze River Delta can rely on its digital resource endowment and industrial foundation,along the path of developing digital resources(laying out digital new infrastructure),rational use of digital technology(strengthening digital governance),making up for the weaknesses of digital industrialization(cultivating core digital talents)and strengthening the institutional guarantee(improving digital policy supply).
