中文摘要：创新是知识经济时代的灵魂和核心,创新的关键是人才.作为为社会直接培养和输送高级专门人才的高等院校,肩负着开展创新教育的神圣使命.而创新教育的关键和核心在于开发和培养学生的创造力.高校'两课'教学其独特的教学内容蕴涵着的培养、提高大学生的创造能力和激发大学生的创造动力的独特功能,'两课'教学应注重转变'两课'教学观、构建'两课'课堂教学的四大创新教学原则、进行'2+1''两课'教学改革,并积极开展实践课以及提高'两课'教师自身的创新素质以充分发挥这一独特功能.

外文摘要：Innovation is the core of the knowledge economy era,of which qualified personnel is the key.Instituions of higher learning in which senior professional talents are trained are to assume the sacred mission of conducting innovative education,whose crux is to train students to be creative.This article,from the respective of idealism teaching,analyzes its unique functions of developing and promoting college students' creative power and stimulating their creative motivation,which the teaching content itself determines.The author also proposes to transform the educational concept,establish four innovative teaching principles,carry out '2+1' educational reform,set more courses for social practice and enhance teacher's creative qualities to bring idealism teaching into full play.
